華檢醫療(01931.HK)與ETHK共同投資成立兩家合資公司 透過"ETHK"核心品牌深化全球鏈上金融生態戰略佈局
格隆匯9月14日丨華檢醫療(01931.HK)宣佈，公司於近期與ETHK Group("合作方")達成合作，共同投資成立兩家新公司ETHK Inc及ETHK HOLDINGS LIMITED("合資公司")。合資公司將成爲公司的附屬公司，其財務業績將併入集團的合併財務報表。
據悉，ETHK Group是一家戰略佈局於全球鏈上金融生態領域的投資控股集團，致力於構建及賦能名爲「ETHK」的下一代鏈上金融生態王國。其全球視野與生態資源將爲合資公司的初期發展提供重要支持。
ETHK Inc戰略定位：ETHK Inc將專注於運營與發展「ETHK」核心品牌，旨在打造一個安全、高效、合規、開放的去中心化金融平臺，通過技術創新與生態整合，構建一個定義未來金融格局的全球鏈上金融生態王國。
ETHK HOLDINGS LIMITED戰略定位：ETHK HOLDINGS LIMITED爲生態級數字產業投資與併購中樞，以「補全資產端、激活資金端、強化合規端」爲戰略主線，循「資產－資金－牌照」三位一體思路，在全球範圍審慎物色並戰略整合具備核心資產且存在鏈上化需求之產業主體、具備持續配置意願之機構端長期資金以及持有關鍵合規資質之持牌金融機構，通過資本化手段將上述要素有序納入ETHK生態，形成資產端可上鍊、資金端可承接、合規端可閉環的自發增長飛輪，爲ETHK Inc及整個生態提供高質量、可擴展、可持續的資源池與價值緩衝區，從而夯實生態長期競爭壁壘並提升公司未來價值釋放空間。
此次合作與集團「構建RWA(現實世界資產)平臺技術生態」及探索「鏈上金融」的戰略構想一脈相承，是該戰略的全面升級與具體實踐。從聚焦於RWA交易的技術生態，擴展至涵蓋技術底層、資產類別、業務模式及全球合規的宏大全鏈上金融生態構建，順應全球金融資產數字化、鏈上化的澎湃浪潮。通過「ETHK」生態，集團有望深度參與並引領中國優質資產「上鍊出海」及全球資產在鏈上高效融通的歷史性進程，開創新的長期增長曲線。此舉不僅旨在爲股東創造長遠價值，更期望通過科技創新推動鏈上金融生態的公平與繁榮，踐行利國、利民、利天下的企業社會責任與宏大格局願景。
