格隆匯8月25日丨新福港(01447.HK)公佈中期業績,2025年上半年,公司收益爲23.19億港元,同比增長16.76%;公司股東應佔期內盈利爲829.4萬港元,同比減少29.48%;基本每股盈利爲2.07港仙。
於2025年6月30日,手頭有合共10個一般樓宇工程項目及24個土木工程項目。該等項目原訂合約總金額約爲190億港元。於2025年6月30日,手頭的項目的未完成價值(定義爲已確認的收益與原訂合約金額之間的差異)約爲108億港元。
