國統局:房產投資、銷售及市場運行將逐步趨於改善
國家統計局新聞發言人付凌暉表示,從8月份情況看,房地產市場目前還處在調整階段,市場銷售和房地產投資仍在下降。各地區各部門近期先後出臺首套房貸款、「認房不認貸」及調整住房貸款最低首付比例等優化措施,支持居民剛性、改善性住房需求,有利於提振市場信心,改善房企經營預期。隨着房地產市場調整優化政策措施落地見效,經濟恢復向好,下階段,房地產投資、銷售及市場運行將逐步趨於改善。(ta/u) ~
