A股收評：創業板指升2.82%，兩市成交額連續2日破萬億，機器人板塊掀升停潮
A股主要指數早盤拉昇午後小幅震盪，截至收盤，滬指收升1.2%報3135點，深證成指收升2.17%，創業板指收升2.82%。兩市超4700股上升，全天成交10371億元，為連續兩個交易日突破1萬億元，北上資金淨賣出6.8億元。
盤面上，機器人板塊全天走強，拓斯達等多股升停；汽車零部件延續強勢，星源卓鎂等十餘股升停；旅遊板塊尾盤拉昇，西安飲食領升；半導體芯片板塊反彈，唯捷創芯等多股升超10%；北斗導航板塊拉昇，華力創通觸及20CM升停；證券股尾盤分化，山西證券升超8%，華鑫證券跌近6%。另外，水產養殖全天走弱，百洋股份逼近跌停；核污染防治延續跌勢，中電環保跌超8%；保險、銀行、海洋經濟等板塊跌幅居前。
具體來看：
地產股繼續大升，金科股份升停，中迪投資、天房發展、天地源等跟升。
消息面上，國家發改委報吿指出，要加強風險預警和妥善處置，適應我國房地產市場供求關係發生重大變化的新形勢，因城施策用好政策工具箱，優化供地結構，更好滿足居民剛性和改善性住房需求，促進房地產市場平穩健康發展。
機器人板塊掀升停潮，拓斯達、哈焊華通、步科股份、百勝智能、昊志機電等多股20cm升停，偉創電氣、豐立智能等跟升。
根據IFR及MIR數據，2022年全球工業機器人銷量57萬台，同比增長10%，2011-2022年CAGR為12%。展望未來，全球工業機器人市場預計維持10%左右複合增速。
半導體板塊表現強勢，芯動聯科20cm升停，晶升股份升超15%，慧智微-U、卓勝微升超14%，南芯科技等跟升。
消息面來看，商務部部長王文濤在京與來訪的美國商務部長雷蒙多舉行會談。王文濤重點就美國對華301關税、半導體政策、雙向投資限制、歧視性補貼、制裁中國企業等表達嚴正關切。雙方宣佈在中美兩國商務部之間建立新的溝通渠道。此外，雙方還啟動出口管制信息交流機制，作為解釋各自出口管制制度和改善溝通的機制。
券商股多數下跌，華鑫股份跌超3%，長江證券、中金公司、申萬宏源跌超2%，華泰證券、國聯證券等紛紛走低。山西證券表現強勢，盤中一度拉昇升停，截止收盤升8.05%。
華泰證券表示，當前政策仍處於良性週期，近日多家券商公吿下調證券交易佣金率，24日證監會提出加大引導中長期資金入市，27日財政部宣佈證券交易印花税減半徵收，我們預計未來活躍資本市場相關措施還有望進一步落地。
銀行股跌幅居前，張家港行跌超4%，青島銀行、華夏銀行、重慶銀行等跟跌。
養殖股走弱，國聯水產跌超10%，好當家、開創國際跌超5%，獐子島、大湖股份等跟跌。
今日，北上資金淨流入18.67億元，其中滬股通淨流出20.94億元，深股通淨流入39.61億元。
展望後市，中信證券表示，在經歷了8月的充分調整後，權益市場的積極因素再度顯現。估值觸底、風險偏好反彈、盈利逐步修復三大因素有望助推股市探底回升，但當前宏觀環境的基調仍是“弱復甦”，前期出台的政策重心更偏防風險和提振投資者信心，後續政策仍有必要瞄準穩增長進一步發力。若穩增長政策如期落地，則A股回升進程也有望加速。
