國統局:全年外貿促穩提質具挑戰 房產市場有望逐步企穩
國家統計局新聞發言人付凌暉在新聞發佈會上表示,目前房地產市場還是處在調整階段,後期隨着整體經濟逐步改善,市場預期轉好,房地產市場有望逐步企穩。
付凌暉指出,在一系列政策作用下,隨着經濟轉暖,今年房地產市場出現積極變化,主要表現在市場銷售降幅明顯收窄。數據顯示,今年首兩個月,房地產銷售面積下降3.6%,降幅比去年全年大幅收窄。銷售額下降0.1%,也明顯收窄。房地產企業到位資金、開工投資方面亦正在改善。今年首兩個月,房地產開發投資下降5.7%,去年全年爲下降10%。
外貿方面,付凌暉認爲,今年外需形勢比去年更加嚴峻,全年外貿促穩提質有一定挑戰,但也有很多有利條件,對外貿發展仍充滿信心。
