新濠國際發展(00200.HK)公布，附屬新濠博亞娛樂向公司全資附屬Melco Leisure回購4,037.3萬股，佔新濠博亞娛樂股本2.95%，現金代價1.7億美元(約13.25億港元)。完成後，公司透過Melco Leisure於新濠博亞娛樂持股將由目前53.12%減少至51.69%，繼續視作附屬公司。
