新冠有無後遺症?中山三院崇雨田教授:目前無證據表明
格隆匯12月1日丨據人民日報,目前,新冠奧密克戎變異株感染後,絕大多數爲無症狀感染者或輕症,極少發展爲重症的情況,已得到廣泛的知曉和認同。但依然有不少市民擔心,一旦感染,康復後會不會留下較爲嚴重的後遺症?
中山大學附屬第三醫院感染科教授、廣州市黃埔方艙醫院總領隊崇雨田教授表示,後遺症在醫學上是有定義的。“一些傳染病的患者,在恢復期結束後,某些器官的功能長期未能恢復正常,纔會被認爲是後遺症。”而對於新冠感染者來說,實踐中可以觀察到,有的病人的臨牀表現可能持續比較長,比如味覺嗅覺喪失、關節痛、記憶力下降、 胸口疼痛、咳嗽等,有的學者把這些稱爲“長新冠”,但崇雨田認爲,尚不能將其歸類爲“新冠肺炎的後遺症”。“目前學界並未確認新冠肺炎有後遺症。至少尚沒有證據表明有後遺症。”
