調查:即使疫情嚴峻 70.6%港人仍繼續光顧實體店
領展(00823.HK)委託香港中文大學傳播與民意調查中心進行「疫情與香港市民消費行為」調查,於今年6月以電話訪問了1,005名15至75歲、能操粵語的香港市民。調查結果發現,即使在疫情嚴峻的情況下,仍有70.6%的香港人繼續光顧實體店,近29.3%受訪者表示即使在疫情期間亦未有在網上購物。
此外,63.7%受訪者到實體店購物的比例多於網上購物(即到實體店購物的比例達51%或以上的受訪者),僅22.6%受訪者表示在網上購物多於到實體店購物(即網上購物的比例達51%或以上的受訪者)。
調查亦問及受訪者預計在疫情平復後的購物方式,其中有59%受訪者預計他們在疫情期間的購物習慣不會改變,38.3%表示在疫情平復後會增加光顧實體店,只有2.2%表示會減少到實體店消費。而在疫情下較少到實體店購物的消費者,過半數預計在疫情平復後,會增加到實體店購物。
