博世CEO:通脹或能緩解芯片短缺

德國汽車零部件供應商博世(Bosch)首席執行官Stefan Hartung在週三表示,隨着歐洲的通貨膨脹率不斷創歷史新高,也意味着該公司必須更快地增加營收,以保持2022年4%的預期利潤率,與去年基本持平。他還表示,如果需求在通脹壓力下出現下滑,全球芯片短缺可能在2023年下半年得到有效緩解。

不過Hartung表示,即便如此,博世的利潤率也將遠低於7%的目標值。“我們需要比以往更強勁的增長率,才能實現我們的利潤率目標……我們還遠遠沒有達到目標值。不管經濟環境如何,我們必須在這方面取得進展。”

這位CEO表示,考慮到哪些天然氣管道將在明年冬天及時上線的這一未知因素,目前還不清楚歐洲的天然氣供應狀況會對公司產生怎樣的長期影響。

Hartung表示,現在的德國政府相比於前幾屆政府更多地與商界領袖進行互動,以全面瞭解工業供應鏈的發展情況。他表示:“在這種情況下,傾聽企業的意見是件好事。”

據瞭解,天然氣使用量僅佔博世直接能源使用量的一小部分,不過天然氣供應短缺可能會對該公司的供應商產生更大影響。

博世週三宣佈與總部位於美國的IBM(IBM.US)建立新的合作關係,利用量子計算來確定哪些材料可以取代碳中和動力系統的關鍵礦物。

與德國大衆汽車和梅賽德斯-奔馳等汽車製造商不同,博世沒有考慮直接進入原材料採購領域以確保供應體系,博世CEO補充稱博世與IBM的合作主要是利用量子技術的潛力。“我們無法用今天的技術解決氣候變化問題。”他表示。
