新東方轉型首次交成績單，教育ETF漲超8%
港股新東方在線漲17%，伴隨中概股回暖，美股新東方一夜大漲24.71%好未來漲18.64%。新東方、好未來和新東方在線是教育ETF前三大重倉股，教育ETF截止目前漲8.48%。
教育ETF成立於2021年6月8日，6月17日在上交所上市交易，根據今年三季度末的最新數據，新東方前十大重倉股有新東方、好未來、新東方在線、中公教育、中教控股、拓維信息、科大訊飛、視源股份、網龍、博瑞傳播。
消息面上，新東方轉型首次交成績單。10月26日晚，新東方公佈了2023財年第一季度（2022年6月1日-8月31日）未經審計的財務業績，該季度公司淨收入7.45億美元，同比下滑43%，經營利潤同比上升140.5%至7800萬美元，非美國通用會計準則（Non-GAAP）下經營利潤9700萬美元，同比增長28.3%。
2022年6月1日至8月31日，子公司新東方在線實現超預期的盈利，其核心業務東方甄選表現突出。第三方數據顯示，今年6至8月，東方甄選3個月累積銷售額約22.49億元。從6月至9月，東方甄選已連續4個月位列抖音直播帶貨第1名，並持續保持高速增長勢頭。東方甄選轉型直播帶貨平臺的戰略已初見成效，背靠新東方品牌和董宇輝雙語直播，東方甄選迅速出圈，節省了大量品牌和市場投放費用。
對於東方甄選轉型成功的原因，新東方在財報發佈後表示，首先受益於中國社會基礎設施的成熟和社會各界的關愛和支持。東方甄選在2021年年底轉型時就提出，直播帶貨只是形式，公司的核心目標是要成爲一家農產品科技公司。東方甄選瞄準農產品科技公司定位，自營品數量達42款，平均每月新增8款新品。其中，自營烤腸作爲爆款單品，銷量已突破134萬單，商品好評率達99%;自營藍莓原漿售出40多萬箱，直接拉動了大興安嶺周邊農村的的相關產業。
財報中，新東方董事會執行主席俞敏洪表示，主要業務呈現可觀趨勢，出國考試準備和出國諮詢業務分別同比增長2%和21%；針對成人及大學生的國內考試準備業務同比增長約2%。
新東方稱，從2022年第二季度開展的各項新業務也取得積極的成果。新東方執行總裁兼首席財務官楊志輝在電話財報會上稱，自“雙減”後，新東方剝離義務教育學科培訓業務，轉向迴歸大學生考試、出國留學業務、並新增非學科培訓、硬件以及直播電商等新業務。
教育行業在經歷一輪大洗牌以後，不少教育機構也在積極轉型，未來有望迎來複蘇的曙光。對於教育行業的未來，華西證券指出，教育信息化2.0時代已經到來，隨着目前硬件設備基本普及基本完成，教育信息化2.0會以軟件和服務市場爲導向，市場處於賽道搶佔期。未來隨着5G、AI、VR、AR等技術在教育領域應用，教育信息化將迎來新的增長點。
