格隆匯9月5日丨中國忠旺(01333.HK)公佈，有關針對遼寧忠旺集團有限公司等十四家公司附屬公司被債權人申請破產重整申請，及有關法院受理重整申請並指定管理人。
2022年9月5日，公司獲悉遼寧忠旺集團有限公司管理人("管理人")已向遼寧省瀋陽市中級人民法院("法院")提交申請，稱公司三十七家附屬公司遼寧忠旺集團有限公司、遼寧忠旺鋁業有限公司、遼寧忠旺機械設備製造有限公司、遼寧忠旺鋁合金精深加工有限公司、遼寧忠旺全鋁智能傢俱科技有限公司、遼寧忠旺特種車輛製造有限公司、忠旺(遼陽)鋁模板製造有限公司、忠旺(營口)高精鋁業有限公司、遼寧忠旺模具有限公司、營口忠旺鋁業有限公司、營口忠旺炭素製品有限公司、盤錦忠旺鋁業有限公司、天津忠旺鋁業有限公司、安徽忠旺鋁合金精深加工有限公司、遼寧忠旺進出口貿易有限公司、遼寧忠旺科技有限公司、遼寧忠旺精製投資有限公司、遼陽忠旺精製鋁業有限公司、瀋陽忠旺專用汽車製造有限公司、遼陽忠旺亞創貿易有限公司、遼陽忠旺鋁模板租賃有限公司、安徽忠旺鋁合金車體制造有限公司、安徽忠旺鋁模板製造有限公司、安徽忠旺鋁型材有限公司、安徽忠旺鋁業有限公司、安徽忠旺專用車製造有限公司、重慶忠旺鋁模板製造有限公司、遼寧忠旺鋁合金車體制造有限公司、遼寧忠旺鋁模板製造有限公司、遼寧忠旺汽車有限公司、遼寧嘉翔機械製造有限公司、瀋陽美壁斯掛車製造有限公司、河南忠旺鋁合金精深加工有限公司、忠旺鋁業有限公司、忠旺高精盤錦鋁業有限公司、重慶忠旺鋁模板租賃有限公司、深圳忠旺鋁模板租賃有限公司("三十七家附屬公司")及公司二十五家聯營公司("聯營公司")與遼陽忠旺投資有限公司(公司的關聯公司，爲公司的控股股東下屬子公司)等一百九十一家公司之間存在高度關聯性，爲公平保障債權人權益，管理人申請法院裁定上述合共二百五十三家公司實質合併重整("實質合併重整申請")。
法院將於2022年9月13日上午九時在遼寧省遼陽市白塔區八一街46號遼陽市中級人民法院四樓法庭召開聽證會以決定是否受理實質合併重整申請。
實質合併重整申請是否被法院受理尚存在重大不確定性。公司將密切關注重整事項的進展情況，並根據上市規則及時履行信息披露責任。
