領展(00823.HK)王國龍:疫情對零售市場影響回歸後最大 冀本港盡快通關
領展(00823.HK)行政總裁王國龍接受《香港電台》訪問時表示,疫情對本港零售市場帶來回歸25年以來最沉重的影響,沙士期間市況雖然急跌,但快速反彈,其後內地亦開放自由行,惟今次疫情完全無外地旅客來港,商舖及食肆不能正常營業,對市道影響大。不過,他指領展定位是民生消費,抗逆能力較好,現時希望香港盡快與內地及海外通關。
此外,他預期零售業以全渠道形式發展是大勢所趨,並不認為「宅經濟」會完全取代實體零售,因買家希望購買前先接觸商品,最終在網上或實體店購買,對零售商不太重要。隨著網購發展,部分銷售離開實體環境進行,領展增加物流物業的投資,同時亦可分散風險。
