格隆匯6月24日丨RAFFLESINTERIOR(01376.HK)公告,截至2021年6月30日止6個月,公司收益3046.6萬坡元,同比增加4.73%;期間虧損19.6萬坡元,同比收窄52.77%;每股虧損0.02新加坡分。
短期內,監於全球COVID-19疫情發展的不確定性,公司預期新加坡建築行業仍充滿挑戰。儘管如此,根據新加坡建設局的近期預測,新加坡的建築需求於2022年估計爲270億新加坡元至320億新加坡元,公營界別項目約佔總需求的60%。
建設局預測,從中期來看,2023年至2026年的總建築需求將達到每年250億新加坡元至320億新加坡元,其中公營界別項目預計將引領需求,於2023年至2026年每年貢獻140億新加坡元至180億新加坡元。
