《經濟數據》新加坡1月通脹及核心通脹年率分別維持4%及續升溫至2.4% 略低預期
新加坡工貿部門與金管局(MAS)聯合公佈,新加坡2022年1月消費者物價指數(CPI)按年維持升4%(爲2013年2月以來最高),不及市場預期升4.1%,但已連升13個月;按月進一步放緩至持平(前值升幅緩至0.5%)。
期內,食品價格按年升幅繼續加快至2.6%(前值升2.1%);按月升幅再度加快至0.8%(前值僅續升0.2%)。私人運輸成本按年升幅連續第二個月放緩至14%(前值升15.5%),但已連升14個月;按月進一步放緩至零增長,結束連升4個月。住宿成本按年升幅略加快至3.1%;按月轉降1.1%。
若扣除住宿和私人公路運輸成本後1月核心CPI按年升幅繼續加快至2.4%(前值升2.1%),創2012年9月以來新高,不及市場預期升2.5%,但已連升12個月;按月升幅放緩至0.4%(前值續升0.6%)。
MAS預計,2022年全年通脹年率介乎2.5%-3.5%;料全年核心通脹率平均爲2%-3%,但短期內將一步上升,料核心通脹率年中或升至3%,之後於下半年回落。
