據《彭博》引述知情人士透露指，華潤電力(00836.HK)已挑選農銀國際、中金、匯豐及摩根士丹利，負責推進可再生能源業務在港分拆上市，預期於今年年中進行首次公開發售(IPO)，預料將籌集約10億至20億美元。
