國家發改委:加強流通領域反壟斷和反不正當競爭執法
格隆匯1月24日丨據澎湃,國家發改委今日召開新聞發佈會,介紹《“十四五”現代流通體系建設規劃》有關情況。在完善流通市場準入和公平競爭制度方向上,發改委經濟貿易司副司長張國華表示,將重點做好兩項工作。一是優化流通領域商事服務。二是加強反壟斷和反不正當競爭執法。明確各地區不得要求連鎖經營等流通企業在本地設立具有法人資格市場主體,也不得對沒有設立具有法人資格市場主體的連鎖經營企業在給予補貼補助等惠企政策時採取歧視做法。引導平臺經濟、共享經濟等新業態良性發展,同時防止資本無序擴張。
