亞美能源(02686.HK)擬出資2450萬元與新天然氣成立合營
格隆匯1月18日丨亞美能源(02686.HK)發佈公告,2022年1月18日,公司間接全資附屬公司新合與新天然氣(603393.SH)訂立合營協議,據此,新合及新天然氣已同意出資人民幣2450萬元及2550萬元,分別佔合營公司出資總額的49.0%及51.0%。合營公司將主要從事(其中包括)地質儲量技術、鑽井技術,以及石油、天然氣及煤層氣監察管理設施等研發的業務。
公告稱,新天然氣在城市管道燃氣基礎建設的網絡設施及用戶管理方面具有明顯的區域市場規模優勢,併爲新疆能源行業的主要城市燃氣企業。與新天然氣合作可憑藉其與中石油崑崙燃氣有限公司的優質資源開展能源研究,並有系統地解決及研究煤層氣及城市管道網絡工程技術及先進設備的問題。
