中汽協陳士華:汽車芯片短缺或持續至明年下半年 今年新能車產銷有望超300萬輛
據《新京報》引述中汽協副祕書長陳士華表示,根據行業預測和供應商反饋,芯片供應雖較三季度有所緩解,但個別芯片仍存在明顯短缺,疊加四季度市場需求較旺、企業補庫需求較大,短缺態勢仍將延續一段時間,短缺態勢可能將持續至2022年下半年,最終可能達到一個緊平衡的狀態。
陳士華指出,去年四季度基數較高,加上芯片供應不足問題持續存在,流通環節的芯片庫存已基本完全消耗,導致上遊芯片的產量直接影響下遊行業的生產,因此今年實現高增速存在較大難度。但全年有望實現正增長。今年首三季,新能源汽車產銷分別完成216.6萬輛和215.7萬輛,按年分別增長1.8倍和1.9倍。從目前發展態勢看,新能源汽車各企業仍在持續發力,全年產銷將有望超過300萬輛,遠超年初的預期。
