港股收評:恆指跌0.7%,保險板塊重挫,海底撈7連跌市值跌穿1200億港元

今日,港股三大指數集體收跌,科技股走弱致大市情緒低迷,恆指跌0.7%報25377點走出4連跌,國指跌1%報8961點,恆生科技指數跌1%報6375點。大市成交額爲1262億港元,南下資金逆勢淨流入19.7億港元。

盤面上,保險板塊領跌,中國平安、新華保險跌超5%,餐飲股、恆大概念股、內房股、物管股普遍萎靡,海底撈續跌近4%走出7連跌,市值跌破1200億港元大關。消費電子股在弱勢中崛起,京東方精電勁升超8%,豬價四季度或觸底回升,豬肉概念股走強明顯,啤酒股、燃氣股、軍工股表現活躍。大型科技股小米跌超2%,網易、騰訊、百度跌超1%,阿裏巴巴等皆有跌幅。

具體來看:

互聯網醫療板塊領跌,平安好醫生跌超14%,阿裏健康、京東健康跌超3%,衆安在線跌超2%。

中金研報指出,近日國家衛健委發佈關於互聯網診療監管細則(徵求意見稿),預計隨着線上覆診行爲流程的監管落地,行業中部分不規範的線上問診行爲或將在短期內解決,並對處方藥銷售的增量業務的放量節奏有一定程度影響,而對具備完善合規監管體系,完備診療購藥流程手段的頭部公司,集中度長期或將進一步提升。

重型機械股跌幅居前,明樑控股跌超14%,中聯重科跌超8%,佳兆業資本、德基科技跌超1%。

消息面上,中聯重科前三季度實現營收544.27億元,同比增長20.30%;實現歸母淨利潤57.51億元,同比增長1.13%。其中第三季度,公司實現營收119.78億元,同比降低27.04%;實現淨利潤9億元,同比下降46%。

保險股大跌,新華保險跌超5%,中國平安跌超4%,中國太保、中國太平跌超3%,中國人壽跌超2%。

消息面上,新華保險昨日披露2021年第三季度,營業收入519.13億元,同比增長1.6%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤14.08億元,同比下降51.2%。中國人保第三季度營業收入1389.85億,同比降2.7%;歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤38.91億,同比降36.6%。中國人壽第三季度營業收入1751.1億元,同比下降1.5%;歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤75.27億元,同比下降54.5%。

內房股走弱,合生創展跌超8%,旭輝控股、富力地產、萬科跌超5%,新城發展、中國恆大、恆隆地產、華潤置地、綠城中國跌超3%,世茂集團、時代中國、融信中國跌超2%。

消息面上,萬科第三季度營收1043.75億元,同比增9.70%;歸母淨利潤56.42億元,同比下降23.30%;前三季度營收2714.86億元,同比增12.42%;歸母淨利潤166.89億元,同比下降15.98%。

消費電子板塊領漲,創維集團漲超14%,久融控股、中國華星漲超6%,TCL電子漲超2%。

豬肉概念股走強,中糧家佳康漲近6%,萬州國際漲超3%,雨潤食品漲超1%。

銀河證券表示,從需求端來看,四季度是年內需求高峯開啓時間,包括臘肉製作需求、節假日消費需求等拉動,但實際恢復情況依舊需要事實驗證。該行認爲,或呈現震盪+小幅上漲行情。此外,北京發佈豬價過度下跌一級預警,將啓動臨時儲備收儲。

啤酒股表現活躍,百威亞太漲超3%,華潤啤酒漲超2%,青島啤酒跟漲。

消息面上,青島啤酒前三季度主營收入267.71億元,同比上升9.62%;歸母淨利潤36.11億元,同比上升21.25%。第三季度主營收入84.8億元,同比下降3.01%;單季度歸母淨利潤11.95億元,同比上升6.43%。

個股方面

耐世特漲8.47%,報9.6港元,總市值240.9億港元。興業證券日前指出,公司已經走出業績低谷,重回增長通道,維持“買入”評級。公司透露在第三季度與一家全球電動汽車龍頭實現重要的裏程碑突破,並有望在第四季度簽訂第一個轉向業務。

海底撈跌3.33%,錄得七連跌,區間跌幅達28%,報21.8港元創近兩年半新低,年內累計跌幅超63%,最新總市值1190.06億港元。美銀證券發表報告,將海底撈2021年和2022年的每股盈測分別削減63%和40%,以反映擴張速度放緩及盈利能力下降,目標價由34港元下調至28.7港元,重申中性評級。

南向資金方面,南下資金淨流入19.7億港元,其中港股通(滬)淨流入15.7億港元,港股通(深)淨流入4億港元。

展望未來,國泰君安認爲,港股市場風險偏好維持高位,科網、地產板塊悲觀預期持續好轉。預計港股近期反彈趨勢仍將延續,但當前市場情緒仍較爲敏感,高通脹威脅、美債利率快速擡升風險不可忽視,投資者需謹慎佈局,短期投資策略在關注成長的同時,仍需兼具防禦性,謹防短期回調風險。
