太古地產(01972.HK)附屬接納換地要約 以補地價45.4億重批柴灣內地段
太古地產(01972.HK)公布,附屬公司項目公司接納要約函件下之換地要約,項目公司將退回香港柴灣柴灣道391號予政府,並以補地價45.4億元,重批柴灣內地段第178號。
重批地段總地盤面積約為9,000平方米,租期為50年。重批地段的批准用途為非工業用途(不包括辦公室、貨倉、酒店及加油站)。總樓面面積不得少於3.87萬平方米,並不得超過6.45萬平方米。預期重批地段將發展的項目包括三座住宅大樓、零售空間以及一個有蓋公共交通交匯處。
項目公司支付補地價的所需款項(就訂金而言),已由及(就餘額而言)將由太古地產及中華汽車(00026.HK)各自的全資附屬公司(該等附屬公司分別持有合資公司80%及20%的股份)分別根據其於合資公司的持股量按比例提供。太古地產將以內部資源提供其應付的80%補地價部分。
