張家口出臺房價「限跌令」 不得低於備案價格85%進行銷售
張家口市住建局、張家口市財政局等四部門早前聯合出臺《關於進一步加快完善房地產長效機制的通知》後,引發社會強烈關注。其中一條「新取得預售許可證的項目不得低於備案價格85%進行銷售」的內容更是被稱爲「限跌令」。
針對限跌令出臺的背景,據《張家口日報》引述張家口市住建局房地產監管科科長杜繼鑫表示,「限跌令」在一定程度上也在保護購房者利益。目前以張家口主城區爲例,房價已從最頂峯的每平方米均價13,000元人民幣(下同)左右,降至每平方米均價約8,000元。進入2021年下半年以來,張家口主城區和周邊陸續有多個樓盤,迫於現金流和銷售回款等壓力,開始降到低於成本價銷售。(ta/k) ~
