港股異動丨新特能源(1799.HK)續升5% 擬配股籌資逾10億建設多晶硅項目
格隆匯8月6日丨昨日大漲8.4%的新特能源(1799.HK)續升5%,報21.75港元,成交額超2億港元,總市值216億港元。
新特能源昨日午間公佈,計劃配售6,269.51萬股,佔擴大後股本16.67%,每股配售價為16.5港元,較8月4日收市價19.14港元折讓約13.79%。公司預期,配售所得款項淨額為10.17億港元,將通過向內蒙古新特注資的方式用於10萬噸多晶硅項目。
此外,新特能源擬向控股股東特變電工發行1.67億股內資股。淨籌22.93億元。
