格隆匯發佈聲明
提醒投資朋友保護自身權益！小心不法分子假冒我司“格隆匯APP”。
近期，我司接到舉報，發現有不法單位和個人假冒我司“格隆匯”品牌和相關品牌手機APP，發佈虛假理財產品以進行金融詐騙，並誘導投資者購買虛假理財產品。為維護廣大投資者及我司的合法權益，特發佈嚴正聲明如下：
（一）我司自2014年成立以來，即使用“格隆匯”品牌服務客户。公司主體是深圳格隆匯信息科技有限公司，是中國領先的全球投資研究平台。格隆匯公司旗下擁有“格隆匯”、“診股寶”、“匯路演”三款APP，為中國投資者出海投資及中國公司出海融資，提供數據、行情、資訊、研究、社交等一站式服務。
（二）近期陸續有用户反饋有不法公司或個人非法假冒“格隆匯”品牌和手機APP宣傳投資服務，向大眾推薦金融產品，並要求大眾將個人財產轉入冒充的虛假平台。在此聲明，該行為與我司“格隆匯”品牌無任何關係，懇請廣大投資者提高警惕，防止上當受騙。
（三）為防止廣大投資人受騙上當，格隆匯在此揭露從舉報人處瞭解到不法公司或個人之詐欺手法：
根據受害人舉報，受害人在社交軟件上，通過軟件上好友提供之鏈接下載了冒用“格隆匯”品牌之虛假APP，非法分子在APP上展示虛假理財產品，並以高投資回報率吸引受害人轉入資金、購買虛假理財產品。前期，受害人轉入轉出資金量較小，可以正常轉進轉出資金，直到受害人加大資金轉入量後，虛假APP突然以維護平台之名義停止資金轉出。受害人無法轉出資金，並聯系平台無果，才發現受騙上當並報警。
（四）任何冒充“格隆匯”名義或冒充我司工作人員誘騙投資者錢款、並向投資者收取非正常或不合法費用的不法單位和個人，我司將嚴正追究其法律責任。誠摯歡迎社會各界及廣大投資者共同監督、舉報假冒我司及“格隆匯”的金融詐騙行為。
（五）我司懇請廣大投資者注意防範、認真鑑別，並積極向公安機關舉報不法單位和個人的詐騙行為，主動配合執法機構對此類惡意詐騙行為進行嚴厲打擊。
