ST摩登(002656.SZ):控股股东所持7840万股暂缓拍卖
格隆汇6月3日丨ST摩登(002656.SZ)公布,近日,公司收到广东省广州市中级人民法院执行案号为“(2019)粤01执4306号之二”的《执行裁定书》,裁定公开拍卖瑞丰集团所持有的公司7840万股无限售流通股票。法院将于2021年6月28日10时至2021年6月29日10时止(延时除外)在京东网络司法拍卖平台上进行公开拍卖活动。
公司通过查询上述拍卖网站获知,本次司法拍卖已暂缓,原因为“重新送达”。目前公司及控股股东未收到其他通知文件,拍卖日期待定。
