恒指低开167点，午后在上午波幅内走，恒指最终收报29113，跌52点或0.18%。MSCI指数变动于今日收市后生效，收市竞价时段成交大增，令大市全日成交额急增至2505亿元。
盘面上，半导体板块、烟草概念股、苹果概念股涨幅居前，部分科技股、餐饮股走弱。
个股方面，华虹半导体收涨7.99%，思摩尔国际收涨3.42%，新东方收跌5.89%，美团收跌2.79%。

华虹半导体（01347）华虹认购证（12479）到期日：2021年7月杠杆：6.93
马来西亚、台湾疫情再升温，半导体芯片告急，促使港A两地半导体板块同步拉升。A股派瑞股份涨20%涨停，北京君正、银河微电、南大光电涨超8%，中颖电子、思瑞浦、士兰微等跟涨；港股晶门半导体涨超10%，华虹半导体涨近7%，中芯国际涨超3%。台湾5月26日公布新增304例新冠肺炎确诊病例，已连续12天新增确诊超百例。全台原定5月28日结束的疫情“第三级警戒”延长至6月14日止。
此外，由于芯片产能的紧缺，导致价格在不断上涨，意法半导体已经在半年内两次全面调涨价格，第一次是今年1月1日，第二次是6月1日。除了意法半导体之外，NXP、瑞萨、Microchip、航顺、灵动微、华大半导体等都宣布调整产品价格。
潍柴动力（02338）
潍柴认购证（21951）到期日：2021年10月杠杆：4.64倍
2021年5月26日晚间，潍柴动力披露非公开发行情况报告书暨上市公告书，宣布本次非公开发行顺利完成。本次发行共有39家机构参与认购，总认购金额近230亿，超额认购1.75倍，最终25家机构获配，市场参与度极为活跃。发行价格为16.40元/股，较发行日折价仅9.05折。
据了解，本次发行是今年以来除银行以外融资规模最大的非公开发行项目，也是今年以来行业内超额认购倍数最高、折价最低的非公开发行项目，充分彰显了潍柴动力在资本市场的投资价值与品牌影响力。

中信证券称中芯国际二季度超预期 维持“买入”评级并看高目标价至39.4港元
报告中称，公司一季度收入、毛利率好于指引，二季度指引超预期。公司21Q1收入11.04亿美元，环比增12.5%，同比增22%，好于公司指引(指引为环比提升7%~9%);毛利率22.66%，环比增4.65pcts，好于公司指引(17%~19%);在行业缺货背景下，公司需求旺盛并提升运营效率，产能利用率达到98.7%，环比增3.2pcts;晶圆平均售价提升4.7%，达到646美元。公司指引21Q2收入环比增17%~19%，收入中值达到13亿美元，毛利率指引25%~27%，均超过此前市场预期。
