刘鹤:要从广度深度拓展大数据应用场景 加强算力基础设施建设
国务院副总理刘鹤出席「2021中国国际大数据产业博览会」开幕式时强调,要从广度和深度两个维度拓展大数据应用场景,积极推动数字技术与经济社会发展各领域全方位深度融合,充分挖掘数据的多重价值。
同时,要夯实算力和人才基础,加强算力基础设施建设,补齐关键技术和产业短板,重视数学、物理等基础学科建设,培养大数据产业相关人才。数据要素具有边际成本接近零、规模效应强、非排他等新特点,要加强研究,建立健全治理体系和相关制度,在确保个人隐私和数据安全的前提下,探索实现更精准的数据确权,更便捷的数据交易,更合理的数据使用,促进公平竞争,反对垄断。
