港股异动丨呷哺呷哺(0520.HK)反弹逾7% 此前2日大跌超20%
格隆汇5月25日丨连续2日大跌超20%的呷哺呷哺(0520.HK)今日反弹7.3%,报9.85港元,成交额达1.4亿港元,总市值106亿港元。距离凑凑CEO离职刚过去一个月,呷哺呷哺5月20日又宣布解任赵怡作为CEO的职务。高层频繁变动导致股价连续大跌,今日开始止跌回弹。大和发研报指,集团更换行政总裁主要是由于呷哺呷哺表现差于预期,特别是在上海地区周围的业务,集团主要策略包括提前优化和精简资源,如人力资源和IT功能,以增强呷哺呷哺的商业模式,其中包括在未来3个月内推出内部特许经营模式。该行予其“买入”评级,目标价21港元。大和指,由于近期股价疲弱,集团正考虑进行股票回购计划,另外“凑凑”的管理层股权激励计划或会在3个月内敲定及实施。
