农业银行(01288.HK)获准参与投资国家绿色发展基金
格隆汇 4 月 30日丨农业银行(01288.HK)发布公告,近日,该行收到《中国银保监会关于农业银行参与投资设立国家绿色发展基金股份有限公司的批复》(银保监复[2021]321号),中国银保监会已批准该行参与投资国家绿色发展基金股份有限公司。本行将出资人民币80亿元参与投资国家绿色发展基金,分批实缴到位。
根据披露,本次投资是该行服务国家生态文明建设、服务实体经济的重要方式,有利于该行加快构建绿色银行,将绿色发展理念融入全行发展战略,持续推动绿色金融业务发展。
