民信国际控股(08456.HK)收到中山劳动人事争议仲裁委员会仲裁法院两项仲裁裁决
格隆汇 4 月 28日丨民信国际控股(08456.HK)公告,于2021年4月28日,中山美丽华儿童服装制品有限公司("美丽华",一间于中华人民共和国("中国")成立的有限公司,为公司的全资附属公司)收到中山市劳动人事争议仲裁委员会的仲裁法院分别于2021年4月12日及2021年4月20日作出的两项仲裁裁决,内容有关200名雇员及86名雇员于仲裁法院就工资及福利赔偿向美丽华提起的两项申索,金额合共分别约人民币1330万元及人民币590万元。根据仲裁裁决:
1.美丽华须向200名雇员支付赔偿,金额合共约人民币790万元;及2.美丽华须向86名雇员支付赔偿,金额合共约人民币370万元。
