直播行業普遍存在的坑位費問題有望得到根本解決。

記者從4月28日的淘寶直播盛典獲悉,近期,淘寶直播對平台帶貨的"坑位費"收費模式進行了改革:坑位費不再"一刀切"收取,新增了坑位費與銷量直接掛鈎、等比例結算的收費方式。

也就是説,以後,商家與主播合作帶貨時,主播可能不能再收取高昂的坑位費,而是賣多少貨,等比例收多少坑位費。

收取坑位費是直播行業的一個慣例。主播在帶貨時,會按慣例對每一種商品收取一定的佔位費,也叫坑位費。此前,行業內出現過主播收取高昂的坑位費,但最後實際銷量很少的帶貨翻車現象,因此收到社會關注。

淘寶直播推出的此項改革,可以讓商家根據最終確認收貨的銷量,來等比例地支付主播坑位費,給商家帶來更多保障,也讓這一行業問題有望得到根本性解決。

具體來説,如果一位商家找淘寶主播帶貨,以前,在傳統的一口價模式下,無論最終直播帶貨銷量多少,商家都要給主播支付這筆坑位費。

以後,商家可以選擇"坑位費和銷量掛鈎"的模式:首先,商家和主播確定目標銷量之後,可以填入淘寶直播後台系統,然後根據最終銷量,賣多少就付多少坑位費,坑位費和實際銷量掛鈎,等比例結算。

開播後15天,如果實際銷量低於目標銷量的20%,那商家無需支付任何坑位費,淘寶直播平台會進行干預,將商家預付的坑位費全額退款給商家。

開播後15天,如果實際銷量高於目標的20%,則要再等到直播後的第30天來看最終消費者確認收貨的實際銷量有多少,商家根據最終確認收貨的實際銷量與目標銷量的比值,來等比例地支付坑位費。比如,銷量目標是 10萬件,而最終確認收貨的銷量是8萬件,那商家只需要支付坑位費的80%即可。

當然,如果最終賣的比設定銷量更多,商家也無需支付更多坑位費。

據瞭解,淘寶直播在推出這項改革後。已經有部分商家和主播嘗試了這種新模式,從反饋結果來看,得到了商家和主播的認可,有了保障之後,商家更敢在直播間投入資源。
