中原估价指数CVI最新报82.03点 按周升0.78点
中原估价指数(主要银行)CVI本周报82.03点,较上周的81.25点上升0.78点。CVI连续4周企稳80点以上,显示银行争取楼按业务的态度积极理性,没有过度亢奋,预示楼价继续反覆向上。
中原地产研究部高级联席董事黄良升指出,楼价持续向升,部份用家追价困难,影响近期二手成交轻微回软。但楼市前景仍然乐观,相信银行估价取态保持积极进取,展望CVI继续高企80点水平,有利楼价向上。复活节长假期後,旺市持续,未来CVI走势,值得密切关注。
上一次CVI於80点水平企稳,是2019年3月份。当时CVI连续13周企稳80点水平以上。期间美国联储局宣布停止缩表及维持利率不变,CVI随即升穿90点水平,连续8周高企90点上下,最高92.19点,最低87.11点。同期楼价展开升浪兼成功破顶,CCL於13周内录得11升2跌,累升7.0%,升势显着。
