思考乐教育(01769.HK)2020全年业绩：收入同比增长5.3%至7.49亿元，经调整净利润9680万元 超预期
格隆汇 3 月 31日丨 思考乐教育(01769.HK)发布2020年全年业绩，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司实现收入7.49亿元人民币(下同)，同比增长5.3%；经调整净利润9680万元，同比减少28.9%；拟派末期股息每股12港仙。
作为广东省前五大K12课外教育服务提供商之一，思考乐教育于疫情期间继续加强于大湾区、江苏省及浙江省的战略发展部署，以提高长远盈利能力 。截至2020年12月31日止年度，集团的学习中心总数由上年末的100个大幅增加至年底的152个，并在2020年进驻了6个新城市，令集团的学校网络涵盖至广东省、江苏省及浙江省12个城市 (包括深圳、广州、东莞、佛山、惠州、江门、中山、珠海、茂名、河源、苏州及宁波等) 。
虽然本年度受到新型冠状病毒疫情的影响，但集团迅速应变，并采取「原老师，原学生，原课程，原内容」的教学方式，成功于短时间内把全部线下课程转为线上授课。同时，集团的辅导课时亦由去年的8,642,000个课时增长18.0%至10,198,000个课时。
随着疫情渐趋稳定，思考乐教育表示所有的线下学习中心已经于今年6月份全面复课。同时间，思考乐教育迅速把握因疫情为行业带来的整合机会，全体管理层、校长及老师全力聚焦工作，并取得了理想的成绩。二零二一年一月开始的冬季学期的报读学生人次较二零二零年同期增加超过40%，为集团带来一个强大的学生基础，有助提高集团的市场份额。
思考乐教育表示，未来将继续加强于大湾区、江苏省及浙江省的战略发展部署，并以「广东省作为起点的发展方向」，将集团累积十多年经验和身经百战的团队，复制及输出到全国的更多地区。此外，思考乐教育高端品牌「鸿盟」高端班于2020年正式成立，为优秀的学员打造专属的教学高端体系，集团将把「鸿盟」高端班体系推广到东莞及其他城市，以进一步提升集团的口碑及品牌影响力。
公司预期，思考乐教育的运营模式和管理团队将可提升集团的竞争优势，并扩宽集团的学生基数及提高盈利水平。此外，集团将持续加大研究及开发投入，更新开发教材，打造高质量团队。思考乐教育预期业务将继续蓬勃发展，为股东带来更大的回报。
