鸿伟亚洲(08191.HK)预计年度由盈转亏逾6500万港元
格隆汇3月29日丨鸿伟亚洲(08191.HK)发布公告,公司预期将于截至2020年12月31日止财政年度录得除税后亏损不少于6500万港元,与之相比,去年度乃录得除税后纯利约2530万港元。
有关亏损主要归因于:1.由于COVID-19影响行业,令该年度下半年销售成本增加,集团收益出现下滑,2020财年毛利估计较2019财年减少约34%;及2.市场可资比较公司估值下降,导致集团生物资产(即其森林内的林木)公允值减销售成本的变动及林地减值而产生重大亏损。
