美国裁定Tesla违反劳动法 重新聘请被解雇员工
美国全国劳资关系委员会(NNLRB)裁定Tesla(TSLA.US)屡次违反美国劳动法,包括解雇工会领袖,强制审查工会支持者,并限制员工与记者交谈,要求公司必须聘重新请被解雇的员工。
NNLRB又要求行政总裁马斯克删除3年前发布的一条反对筹组工会的推文,当时马斯克称「为甚麽要支付工会会费,而放弃公司的认股权」,NNLRB认为此推文是在威胁员工。
Tesla否认有不法行为,并认为马斯克的推文受到宪法有关言论自由的保障。
