格隆汇3月24日丨闽信集团(00222.HK)发布公告,截至2020年12月31日止年度,公司收入1.93亿港元,同比增长26.6%;股东应占溢利港币4.36亿元,下跌23.7%;每股基本盈利下跌23.7%至港币73.01仙,建议派发末期股息每股普通股港币10仙。
集团最重要的金融投资厦银于2020年贡献集团业绩约89.7%。信贷环境疲弱令本年度的预期信贷损失整体有所增加,为本集团报告目的的厦银除税后溢利比较2019年下跌22%。本集团于2020年摊占厦银集团业绩比较2019年的港币57,517万元下跌22.7%至港币44,478万元。
厦银集团实现了资产负债表的平稳增长,于2020年12月31日的总资产比较2019年年底的人民币9,183.4亿元上升3.7%至人民币9,522.8亿元。
