格隆汇 3 月 23日丨民生教育(01569.HK)公告，截至2020年12月31日止年度的全年业绩，公司实现收益11.07亿元，同比增加10.1%；经调整EBITDA6.06亿元，同比增加10.1%；母公司普通股权持有人应占每股盈利0.0318元。公司拟就截至2020年12月31日止年度宣派末期股息每股普通股1.07港仙。
集团乃中国领先的高等教育及职业教育集团，以科技赋能教育，推进普通高等教育与职业教育双轮驱动，校园教育与在线教育协同发展，取得显著成效。
校园教育方面，集团的学校网络复盖重庆、山东、云南、内蒙古、香港、新加坡、澳大利亚等地。截至2020年12月31日，集团在中国内地举办及╱或托管10所学校(包括7所高等学校、2所中职学校和1所高中)；在校学生总人数92,772名(其中科生占比约61%)；提供丰富而优质的教学资源，集团旗下10所学校提供114个科招生专业，117个专科招生专业及4个硕士研究生培育建设专业。
境外投资3所高等学校，获中国教育部及所在国家、地区教育监管部门认可，提供硕士、科及大专课程。在线教育方面，集团主要以北京、粤港澳大湾区为中心，发展运营电大在线远程教育技术有限公司("电大在线")╱北京奥鹏远程教育中心有限公司("奥鹏教育")、慕课网、都学网络科技(北京)有限公司("都学网络")╱MBAChina、丝绸路(北京)国际教育科技中心有限公司("丝绸路")╱HSK汉语水平考试网考平台、广东民生在线教育科技有限公司("民生在线")等在线教育品牌，合并建立起复盖专、硕学历教育(包括网络教育、开放教育及成人教育)、职业教育及培训、教师继续教育、汉语水平考试等领域的在线教育服务平台，其中包括全国最大的、也是唯一一家全国性的远程教育公共服务平台，以及全国领先的管理类研究生联考培训及招生平台。
截至2020年12月31日，集团共有在线教育专科在籍学生约117万人，职业教育用户2000多万人，年培训教师约290万人；提供500多种网络教育专科专业及90多种开放教育专科专业，以及1,300多门职业培训课程；有遍布全国31个省(自治区、直辖市)的1,800多家线下学习中心，构建起线上线下深度融合的学习场景。
