格隆汇3月23日丨中木国际(01822.HK)发布公告,公司预期截至2020年12月31日止年度录得亏损将增加约47.2%。2020财政年度录得亏损增加乃主要归因于(i)中美贸易战对全球经济带来的负面气氛,影响环球经济及商品需求下降,导致2020财政年度与材料贸易业务有关的收益减少;(ii)宏观经济不景气及近期爆发COVID-19疫情导致按公平值计入损益的金融资产的公平值亏损增加;(iii)有关投资到一家非上市基金的弥偿申索造成的财务担保拨备增加;及(iv)有关若干票据持有人对股份抵押强制执行所造成的被视作出售附属公司损失。
