坚持有质量的增长，众安在线(06060.HK)2020年盈利5.5亿，综合成本率大幅改善
3月23日，国内保险科技龙头众安在线(06060.HK)发布2020年业绩报告。2020年，众安保险坚持有质量地增长，公司归母净利润达人民币5.5亿，实现扭亏为盈，作为首家互联网保险公司，众安的盈利验证了互联网保险商业模式，在行业具有里程碑意义。
数据显示，2020年众安保险保费同比增长14.2%，达到167亿元，被保用户数量增至5.2亿，总保单超过79亿张。同时公司的综合成本率大幅改善至102.5%。成立仅仅七年，众安保险即跻身国内前十大财险公司。
业务方面，互联网保险板块进入了稳定盈利期，健康生态和数字生态是拉动公司增长的两大板块。
2020年，众安在线对健康生态进行战略升级，通过众安互联网医院，搭建了“医+药+保”服务闭环，实现了产品从低频健康保障向高频医疗服务升级。健康生态当年实现总保费66亿元，同比增长37.4%，超过行业增速的两倍。
数字生活板块贡献保费63亿元，同比增长25.2%。其中，手机碎屏险、宠物险等创新业务收入占比从2019年4%升至去年的16%。
保险板块的快速增长还得益于自有平台的建设，2020年自有平台贡献保费同比翻番，达到21.7亿元，占公司总保费比例从2018年的2%大幅提升至2020年的13%。
根据年报披露，科技输出将成公司业绩新的增长极。即使受到疫情影响下，众安去年仍服务了75家保险产业链客户，客户次年复购率达75%，科技输出业务收入达到3.65亿元，同比增长35.4%，过去三年里已经增长了8倍。
2020年，众安国际旗下的虚拟银行ZA Bank和数字化寿险公司ZA Insure先后落子香港，打开了新的想象空间。其中，ZA Bank截至去年底吸收个人存款60亿港元，提供个人贷款6.5亿港元。到2021年3月，成立不足一年，ZA Bank用户数量已经突破30万。
