武汉拟全面加强商品房销售全过程监管 交房三个月内不得拆除样板房
据《楚天都市报》从武汉市住房保障和房屋管理局获悉,该局起草修订《关於进一步加强新建商品房销售全过程监管的通知(徵求意见稿)》,目前正在公开徵求意见。
从意见稿来看,武汉市将全面实施新建商品房项目销售「事前、事中、事後」全过程监管,其中预售申报形象进度拟从四分之一调至三分之一,自集中交付之日起三个月内不得擅自拆除、出售样板房。
