沃特股份(002886.SZ):拟使用不超1.5亿元非公开发行股票闲置募集资金进行现金管理
格隆汇 3 月 21日丨沃特股份(002886.SZ)公布,公司于2021年3月19日召开的第三届董事会第二十八次会议、第三届监事会第二十五次会议分别审议通过了《关于使用闲置募集资金进行现金管理的议案》,同意使用不超过1.5亿元的非公开发行股票闲置募集资金进行现金管理,用于购买保本型理财产品或进行定期存款、结构性存款,授权总经理行使投资决策权并签署相关合同文件。上述额度自股东大会审议通过之日起至2021年年度股东大会召开之日可循环滚动使用。
