格隆汇 3 月 18日丨威发国际集团(00765.HK)公告，于2021年3月18日，公司与加州超级算力网络技术有限公司("加州超级算力公司")以及AEH*(Affluence Energy Holding S.A.R.L.)("AEH")订立战略合作协议("BOINC战略合作协议")。
于2021年3月18日，公司与链上私人有限公司*(CHAINUPPTE.LTD.)("链上")以及苏扎克石油和天然气股份公司*(Sozak Oiland GasJSC)("苏扎克")订立战略合作协议("链上战略合作协议")。
加州超级算力公司、其控股股东及高级管理人员在全球数字货币领域拥有丰富的成功经验及资源储备，陆续参与投资孵化了大量优质企业。BOINC的算力相当于世界排名第五的超级计算机，已为全球超过上百个横跨数学、天文学、生物学、人工智能、生命科学、艺术、数字货币等领域的世界顶尖科研项目提供算力，其终端用户超过400万个，目前每日提供算力的活跃终端达60万个。
在小米集团创办人及董事雷军的积极推动下，小米11手机近期成为BOINC官方认证的移动算力终端，另外，各种智能电动汽车及智能家具也在成为BOINC的移动算力终端。
依托BOINC过去20年的全球算力海量积分雄厚积累，加州超级算力公司的商业化项目—BOINC科研币近日计划在全球数字货币交易所公募发行；BOINC全球数字货币将加速推进BOINC数字货币产业与全球各类机构的合作，其战略目标是基于全球数亿以上的算力终端用户，将BOINC数字货币发展成全球第一大共识通用的数字货币。
自从2019年初进入石油及天然气行业以来，公司与全球的油气资源公司、投资者、贸易商、金融机构等市场参与主体建立良好的商业联系。
随着近年区块链技术及数字货币行业的高速发展，公司识别了能源储备数字化的行业整合机会，即嫁接传统石油能源行业与革命性科技行业的市场参与者，实现各方资源共享、优势互补，通过为合作方创造价值，从而使公司获取商业利益。
通过签订BOINC战略合作协议和链上战略合作协议，公司将开展区块链与加密货币业务。作为传统能源公司的合作伙伴，公司帮助其整合新技术、商业机会及资；并同时引入区块链加密货币领域的先行参与者，通过超级算力、拟设立的加密货币交易所等运营平台，实现能源项目的资源储备数字化。
