格隆汇3月16日丨凤凰卫视(02008.HK)发布公告，北京时间2021年3月16日——中国领先的新媒体公司凤凰新媒体有限公司(纽约证券交易所代码:FENG)(“凤凰新媒体”“凤凰网”或“公司”)于今日公布截至2020年12月31日的未经审计2020年第四季度及2020年度财务报告。
凤凰新媒体首席执行官刘爽先生表示：“我们在2020年第四季度取得了令人鼓舞的业绩，同时继续致力于业务的稳定增长和发展。尽管新冠疫情给整个行业带来挑战，但我们在本季度仍然继续巩固了我们在新闻领域的领先地位，并将我们的编辑经验和尖端的人工智能算法相结合，为我们的用户提供了一系列最新报道。同时，我们还在本季度组织了几场备受瞩目的线下活动，以增强我们的品牌影响力，满足广告主和用户的全方位价值主张。对于我们的新闻客户端，我们进一步强化了以视频内容为主的内容生态系统，一方面促进更多PUGC内容的创作并扩大短视频产品的广度和深度，另一方面加深我们的社区属性，提高站内用户的互动性和参与度。”

凤凰新媒体首席财务官吕靖先生表示：“2020年第四季度，我们的总收入达到人民币3.622亿元，在我们之前的预期范围内。更重要的是，由于我们采取了严格的成本控制措施，本季度公司总运营费用同比下降了33.7%。与此同时，我们将对市场新的商业模式保持高度关注，积极探索新产品的孵化，进而抓住新的投资机会。相信我们不断加深的品牌影响力和对新产品的敏锐洞察力，不仅将带领我们渡过当前宏观经济的不确定性，还将帮助我们在2021年抓住更多潜在的商业机遇。”
公司预计2021年第一季度总收入为人民币2.102亿元到2.302亿元。广告净收入预期为人民币1.920亿元到2.070亿元。付费服务收入预期为人民币1,820万元到2,320万元。
