新希望(000876.SZ)拟发行20亿元中期票据 用于乡村振兴领域及归还部分银行贷款
格隆汇3月15日丨新希望(000876.SZ)公布,为积极响应国家全面推进乡村振兴战略,加快推进农业现代化,落实关于提升重要农产品供给保障能力、推进现代农业经营体系建设等具体要求,结合公司整体资金安排,公司向交易商协会申请将本期中期票据资金用于乡村振兴领域及归还部分银行贷款,并已获得交易商协会批准,故将公司本期发行的中期票据细化为“2021年度第一期中期票据(乡村振兴)”。
公司2021年度第一期中期票据(乡村振兴)拟于2021年3月17日在全国银行间债券市场公开发行,本期发行金额为20亿元人民币,期限为3+2年,每张面值为100元,由中国工商银行股份有限公司主承销。公司本期发行所募集的款项,其中10亿元用于乡村振兴领域,10亿元用于偿还公司部分银行贷款。
