绿景中国地产(00095.HK):深圳白石洲城市更新项目一期签约达100%
格隆汇 2 月 26日丨绿景中国地产(00095.HK)发布公告,集团持股80%的中国深圳市南山区沙河街道沙河五村城市更新单元项目(“白石洲城市更新项目”)取得重大进展,一期拆迁补偿协议签署达100%。
根据披露,白石洲城市更新项目位于南山区沙河街道,沙河东路以东,深南大道以北,香山西街以南。项目计容建筑面积358万平方米,其中一期建筑面积为67.6万平方米。一期的拆迁补偿协议签署工作已100%完成,一期实施主体获取已具备条件。集团已启动一期实施主体申报工作,并全力做好白石洲城市更新项目开工准备。白石洲城市更新项目进一步的重大进展,集团将及时作出进一步公布。
