報道指螞蟻上市失敗因江澤民孫等具權勢人士暗中持股
《華爾街日報》報道,去年阿里巴巴(09988.HK)旗下螞蟻集團上市失敗,除了因為增加中國金融系統風險及其創辦人馬雲公開批評政府監管政策外,有數十名官員及政府顧問向《華爾街日報》表示,政府對螞蟻集團複雜持股結構表達關注,指部份對國家主席習近平構成潛在威脅、具有權勢的家族成員透過投資工具持有螞蟻集團股份,有機會透過螞蟻集團上市獲利數十億美元。相關消息人士指,變相有一堆個人將擁有大量財富,經營風險則落到國家頭上。
報道指,其中由前國家主席江澤民孫子江志成合夥成立的博裕資本透過多重投資持有螞蟻集團股份,另外中共前政治局常委賈慶林女婿李伯潭旗下北京昭德投資集團亦透過同一手法持有螞蟻集團股份。馬雲的朋友如泛海集團盧志強、巨人網絡史玉柱及復星集團郭廣昌等亦透過第三方基金持有螞蟻集團股份。
