ST海马(000572.SZ):海马财务拟出售海南银行7%股权
格隆汇 2 月 5日丨ST海马(000572.SZ)公布,为进一步聚焦汽车主业、优化资源配置,公司控股子公司海马财务拟向中国铁路投资出售其持有的海南银行7%股权。此次股权转让的转让价格为人民币3.297亿元。此次股权转让前,海马财务持有海南银行12%股权,转让完成后,海马财务持有海南银行5%股权。
目前,公司第四次创业仍处于攻坚阶段,为进一步聚焦汽车主业、优化资源配置,公司拟开展此次交易。本次交易后,海马财务可获得相应流动资金,有利于提升海马财务的资产流动性。此次交易预计将给公司带来约3800万元的收益,具体以审计确认的结果为准。
