格隆汇2月3日丨ST南化(600301.SH)发布2020年年度报告,实现营业收入7.28亿元,同比增长8.96%;归属于上市公司股东的净利润907.40万元,同比增长39.52%;归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润541.698万元,同比减少16.71%;基本每股收益0.04元。
报告期内,公司主要从事煤炭贸易业务。全年经营受到了2020年突如其来的疫情、持续的中美贸易摩擦和国内外宏观经济形势等主要因素影响,在煤炭市场价格波动较大的情况下,导致贸易业务风险加大以及毛利率降低。导致本报告期归属于上市公司股东的净利润增加的主要原因是收到兴义市立根电冶有限公司破产清算的清偿款371.68万元,转回已计提的应收款项减值准备371.68万元。
