宝峰时尚(01121.HK)预计年度录得除税前净亏损
格隆汇 1 月 29日丨宝峰时尚(01121.HK)公布，集团于截至2020年12月31日止年度的销售额为约人民币1.119亿元，较2019年同期金额约人民币1.697亿元减少约34.1%。
尽管集团于上半年已全面恢复正常生产，新型冠状病毒疫情的全球爆发严重影响消费者需求及订货量，导致集团全年的销售(尤其是原设备制造商业务)有所下降。尽管集团今年上半年被推迟的客户订单于下半年逐渐恢复，但由於部分接近年末的订单未能赶及年内完成，需延至2021年第一季度发货，导致今年下半年的销售仍较2019年同期有所下降。此外，疫情爆发亦导致巿民更长时间留于家中，从而拉动家居用品市场的增长。集团于上半年新推出的家居石墨烯杀菌拖鞋得到消费者青睐，其销售于下半年保持增长。预期集团于报告期间的毛利率将较2019年同期的约17.7%减少至约15.2%。
根据对集团于报告期间的未经审核管理帐目的初步评估，集团预期于报告期间录得除税前净亏损，主要归因于受疫情影响，公司管理层对财务模型中的自助自动售货系统未来安装数量及速度作出更审慎的估计。公司管理层预期于报告期间可能确认有关石墨烯应用的若干技术知识，包括有关生产石墨烯乙烯－醋酸乙烯共聚物发泡材料、用於空气净化器和空调的石墨烯除臭杀菌芯片及石墨烯压力传感器的美利坚合众国一项专利、中华人民共和国四项发明专利申请、三项实用新型专利申请及两项实用新型专利以及独家配方(统称为"技术知识")及线上线下("O2O")分销售货系统的若干减值亏损。然而，于收到估值师最终版本的估值工作底稿、技术知识报告及O2O分销售货系统报告前，实际减值亏损金额尚未确定。
尽管受疫情影响，集团预期于报告期间的销售额和毛利率有所下降，但董事会预期，随着高效本徵薄层异质结电池新技术的使用，公司将于可见将来从传统制造企业转型为材料科技公司，并将业务拓展至新能源领域，进一步多元化其业务组合及于未来一年开拓更多收入来源。
