保利协鑫能源(03800.HK)完成配售39亿股 净筹41.48亿港元
格隆汇 1 月 21日丨保利协鑫能源(03800.HK)宣布,配售已于2021年1月21日根据配售协议的条款及条件完成,当中39亿股总值约42.12亿港元的配售股份,占经扩大后发行股本约15.57%,已成功按配售价每股配售股份1.08港元配售予不少于六名独立承配人。
配售所得款项净额约为41.48亿港元。公司拟将配售所得款项净额用于减低债务融资水平及降低负债比率,以调整负债结构及发展公司的硅烷流化床法颗粒硅业务,提升产能,以及作一般企业用途。
