格隆汇1月15日丨中国抗体-B(03681.HK)公告,SN1011(一种创新型第三代布鲁顿酪氨酸激酶(BTK)抑制剂)的I期临床试验已在中国上海成功完成首例健康受试者给药。
在中国进行的SN1011的I期临床试验旨在评估SN1011治疗自身免疫性疾病的安全性、耐受性、药代动力学、药理动力学及II期临床推荐剂量。
SN1011是公司的第三代可逆共价BTK抑制剂,其设计在长期治疗系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎、天疱疮、多发性硬化症及其他免疫性疾病方面具备更高选择性及更卓越疗效。在作用机制、靶向选择性及亲和性方面,SN1011与目前市场现有的BTK抑制剂(如依鲁替尼)等具有差异性优势。
